On this episode of The Coaching Corner Podcast, I am joined by Elaine Atherton a sales coach to women in business and Co-Founder of Grow Her business.
Elaine helps women with service-based businesses turn their passion for helping others into sales in a way that works for them and their ideal clients. If the sales aren’t happening, there is always a reason – Elaine helps people find the reasons.
Unfortunately, as Elaine tells us, our expertise alone isn’t going to guarantee our success, so we need to get clear really quickly on the gaps in our skills and knowledge and take action, whether that be learn it ourselves or invest in support.
Last year she joined forces with Judith Hamilton who is a business coach and chartered accountant to create their Grow Her Business membership, because quite honestly, they wanted to help other woman to have an easier journey than they had.
