Hello, I’m Sarah Makinde: a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Accredited Coaching Trainer, Certified NLP Practitioner—and someone who’s spent two decades in higher education and corporate roles helping people step into their confidence and grow.

Why I do this
Not long ago, I was hiding in the background—doubt shot through every decision. I focused on my shortcomings instead of my strengths. But discovering neuro-linguistic programming, coaching, positive psychology, and mindfulness flipped the script. I went from fading into the crowd to stepping fully into my voice. And the training and coaching I offer today comes straight from that real place of transformation. It’s practical, grounded in psychology, and driven by results and growth.
